Abstract
The Regional Planning link between national planning and local planning, and because of that has gained great importance in the integrated planning process properly.
The project aims to work a proposed development plan regional territory north of the West Bank, where it will be through the organization of land use at the regional level as well as to propose public policies that govern the planning process properly, to ensure solving economic and social problems facing the Palestinian people.
This ensures Support the Palestinian people's right to their land through the planning and exploitation of its resources, where the project based on the principle of sustainable development in the exploitation of natural resources and the achievement of a comprehensive economic development across all sectors, in addition to reducing the phenomenon of the proliferation of slums.
The project also aims to bridge the gap in system planning applied in Palestine so that it is planning at all "national, regional, and local levels," to ensure the reflection of national policies at the local level.
