Determining the number of input and output parts is one of the most important factors for measuring the efficiency and effectiveness of a production line in any field of the industrial fields.
The aim of this project is to count the number of items passes a production line using two different methods in order to get the reading from two different applications, that could increase the accuracy of the counting system.
The model consists of an overhead conveyor that is made from a system of 4-spocket gears and a chain. The rotation is of the system is accomplished through a 12V- DC motor . And it is controlled by the aurduino.
