Mega Brick's factory established at 2010 with stuff of 12 worker and one production line and five kind of Bricks produced , the company has a problems that affect the work and effect quality and make the ordered higher than the manufactured , that cost the company a large amount of money and limited its sales .This project aims at solving the existing problems in the manufacturing procedure by Applying lean six sigma to eliminate any type of waste and improve the quality level and increase the revenue. To solve the problems that have been put forward previously, the team will redesign the manufacturing procedure and responsibility and duties in this factory by using lean six sigma tool and based on the (DMAIC ) procedure Define ,Measure ,analysis , improve ,control.
