ABOUT AEE:
The Association of Energy Engineers® (AEE®), founded in 1977 by Albert Thumann, is a nonprofit professional society of over 18,000 members in more than 100 countries. The mission of AEE is “to promote the scientific and educational interests of those engaged in the energy industry and to foster action for Sustainable Development.”
AEE – Najah Student Chapter was licensed in 2016 as the first Student Chapter in Palestine with 65 student members with a vision of changing the lifestyle of the energy engineering students by making them more involved in non-academic activities by joining, “An engineer to be”, “Engineer in site” and “Abroad” activities.
Mission:
is to empower the Energy Engineering students by involving them in the energy industries, to introduce students and be qualified to meet the job market, update members by workshops to UpToDate technologies and motivate new fresh student to go into the energy field.
