At the AIChE Student Chapter at NNU, we create a dynamic environment where students grow academically, professionally, and socially. Our activities are designed to bridge the gap between theory and real-world engineering practice.
Technical Competitions:
Our members actively participate in national and international competitions. Among our successful participations was the (Chem-E-Cube) Competition, where our team demonstrated strong technical capabilities and teamwork, achieving 100% CO₂ removal efficiency.
Tutorial & Academic Support Sessions:
We organize tutorial sessions to support chemical engineering students in core subjects. These sessions help students strengthen their understanding, improve problem-solving skills, and prepare effectively for exams.
Industrial Field Visits:
We arrange guided visits to industrial plants and engineering projects. These visits provide valuable exposure to real industrial operations and allow students to interact directly with professional engineers.
Guest Speakers & Networking Events:
Our chapter invites industry experts and practicing engineers to share insights about real projects, career paths, and emerging technologies in chemical engineering. These events create excellent networking opportunities for our members.
Training Workshops & Skill Development:
We conduct workshops and training courses that enhance technical, leadership, and project management skills, preparing students for the professional world.
Community Service Initiatives:
We believe chemical engineers have a responsibility toward society. Our chapter participates in community service activities that encourage members to use their knowledge for social impact.
International Sister Chapters:
We proudly collaborate with sister AIChE chapters from universities in India, Bangladesh, Qatar, and Egypt, Lebanon ,Jordan , United Arab Emirates, strengthening international connections, cultural exchange, and global professional networking.
